Former Internal and Joint Venture Auditor at RWE Dea AG, leading JV audit teams with multi-IOC participation and conducting on-site audits across Europe and North Africa. Strong hands-on experience in governance reviews, internal control systems, and compliance with JOAs, PSCs, and regulatory frameworks.

Subsequently Asset Manager Denmark at DEA AG, responsible for non-operated oil production licenses, economic evaluations of new ventures, budgeting and investment planning, and project coordination of multidisciplinary technical and commercial teams. Played a key role in major commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings with license partners, including preparation of economic analyses and coordination with external legal counsel.

Later Senior Manager Investor Relations & Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Specialist at Wintershall Dea, managing reserve-based lending facilities, bond financing, bank relationships, and ESG-linked financing initiatives. Brings a structured, commercially driven, and dispute-aware perspective to JV audits, particularly in the assessment of cost structures, economic assumptions, and financial arguments.
