Co-Founder & Partner (no equity) at JV Audit Services GmbH, with extensive hands-on background in risk-based audit planning, JV accounting and reporting, cost allocations, overhead / G&A methodologies, reconciliations, and JV financial governance, PSC / cost recovery, combined with extensive practical experience in SAP and finance system projects and the implementation of reconciliation and audit frameworks.

Prior roles include Senior International Joint Venture Auditor at INEOS Oil & Gas (formerly Dong E&P), managing audit scopes across G&A, logistics, contracts and project cost areas, acting as finance interface towards JV partners on restructuring and allocation matters, and supporting internal audit and M&A teams with audit-related analyses including cash flow and sales modelling.

Previously Senior Joint Venture Auditor at Orlen (formerly PGNiG), leading ingoing/outgoing JV audits and followups and supporting accounting and controlling teams on reconciliations and restructuring topics.

Earlier, as Senior Consultant / JV Auditor at UPAX AS, delivered overhead and JV audits for multiple E&P clients and supported JV and revenue accounting activities for companies such as Petoro, BG and E.ON, combining audit execution with operational controlling and reporting support.
