Founder and Managing Director of JV Audit Services GmbH, delivering independent audit services in the E&P and CCS sectors, as well as dispute resolution and arbitration support for IOCs, NOCs, and state entities.

Former Director Corporate Audit at DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG, responsible for group-wide joint venture audits (incoming and outgoing partner audits under JOA, PSC, EPSA and internal audits covering both technical functions, including asset integrity, maintenance, HSEQ, project execution, and logistic as well as non-technical functions such as planning, procurement, contracting, accounting, finance, treasury, and HR. Led multidisciplinary audit departments, designed and established risk-based audit strategies, mid-term audit planning, assignment scheduling, management board and supervisory board reporting.

Previously Vice President Risk Management at Wintershall Dea, responsible for setting-up and establishing the organizational and operational structure for enterprise risk management, trading and credit risk management, and commodity hedging, including governance structures and supervisory board risk reporting. Played a key role in strengthening the integration of audit, risk, compliance, and internal control functions within a large international E&P organisation.
